Did some work yesterday and tonight. Working on adapting the Volvo parking brake cable to the Explorer rear. Also decided to clean up my 20 year old aftermarket rear swaybar.

Making progress, I’m turning a mount under the car into the driveshaft loop mount. I’m having a bit of trouble with a brake line the front passenger side loosing up. Hopefully I get that figured out this weekend.

So when will this project be under its own power and ready for the track?

I’m hoping to get this on the road in two weeks. I got a fuel pressure sensor I want to install also but that shouldn’t be too hard. If I feel like it’s ready I’ll probably be at Edgewater April 1st with it.

I got the brakes pretty much done. I ordered a 6mm ID clear hose because the bleeder screws on Wilwood are much smaller than the bleeders on any of my other cars I have tubing for. I’m also going to adapt a Camaro driveshaft loop to my car. Probably will have to cut and weld it. Tomorrow I’ll be dropping off the driveshaft to get welded and balanced for the ford rear.
