They're the only one I can choose. They're the only ones who make a trans axle powerglide conversion lol. I think there's like ten C6 Corvettes with a powerglide.

A th400 would definitely benefit a 3500+lb car. Pg seem to work better on the lighter Corvettes. Plus I'd have to cut the trans tunnel out to fit a th400.

After giving it allot of thought. And I mean allot. To the point of making my head hurt. I'd much rather race it consistently. And still have something I can play with on the street.

Car is pretty much finished. I'm just waiting on trans cooler line, custom x pipe, rearend alignment and tune. Then it'll be ready to go. I'm guilty of losing interest of this car. But for good reason. I have a 3 year old who races BMX. He's actually really good at it. So good that I think he may be one of a kind. That has been taking up 90% of my free time. I work on the car when he naps. I also was involved in a accident with a very large buck that came through the window. The antlers got me in the face and did alot of internal damage that involves multiple surgeries from a plastic surgeon.

Man that's impressive out of your son! Never know the talent if its never exposed. So cool to see the little guy on that bike! Most cant even ride a bike at that age.

Sucks about the deer. Sounds like he did a number on you. At least that was the worst of it.

Glad to see the nice parts you have lined up for the car. Im sure that will make a huge difference. Looks like a lean set up.

Appreciate it bud. He's racing kids almost twice his size and age. I get more excited watching him than I do cars anymore. I wired the fan on the trans cooler and ran the hoses. Just waiting on the x pipe. Then its ready for alignment and tune.

I missed a lot of those days with my kids when they was young. Id pay good money to have them back. Don't let them pass you by.

The car sounds like its close at least. Its going to be a blast when its done. Well worth the time Im sure.

I honestly enjoy watching him more than I did doing it myself.

For everyone who keeps asking. The Vette is finished. Im just waiting for a tune. Brian from Finish line Performance is stopping by Tuesday to put in a tune that'll allow it to start. Then its going to his shop.

I miss reading up on this one and seeing the pictures. True motivation, which I lack!

Hopefully he has it finished up and was out beating on it this past summer.
