So how did they fit in the outer lip? Was it narrowed a bit more to move the tire further in the wheelwell?

The believe the rear end has been cut down a total of 3-1/4" on each side.

I finally got the Stang off the trailer and in the garage.

Looking at everything I have to do, Overwhelmed would be a good status update.

Its going to be a lot of Long nights out here in the garage this Winter.

You are lightyears ahead of me. My block is at BES, don't have heads or cams, crank needs balanced, bearings are on intergalactic back order, etc. Haven't even started ordering transmission parts yet!
I use the ford factory SM to do my chains, pretty much have it memorized now.

Awesome build. Excellent welding skills. Hope you figure out the cam issue. I came here today for nostalgia reasons. Looking up old threads I was a parts of. Always loved the forums especially this one and the Dayton 5.0 one that Mike Bell had. Forget the name. Think the name changed once. Wish we could go back. I hate Facebook. Seems like a chaotic mess, cant find things twice half the time. This is a 40 page thread that I can read like a book, find it easily and check in as often as I like. So nice.

I check on this board everyday, but when there are no New posts, I get disappointed as I to remember when there would be quite a few every morning.

Dayton Stang Board. Yes, this is much better than FB in my opinion. I've been covered up busy the past week or so and haven't been on here any. I am having a cruise in again this May.

    So Craig, any updates?

Not a lot going on with anything, but I did get my parts back from PC.

The color really POPS in the Sun.

It looks a bit darker in the shade.

I got around to getting the Glasstek hood a bit closer to installed.

    JPC makes a Beefy Flexplate.

and it fits nicely to my Circle D Bolt-together TQ converter.

Which fits nicely into my TSI Built PG 5000.

Not sure when this car will be back together, but at least it will look cool sitting there collecting dust.
