The fact that it could be a loose connection, or bad relay thats keeping me from driving the Nova...I think Ill spend some time troubleshooting it vs starting a resto on the Mustang.

Gotcha. If that's all it is....then again I know intermittent failures all too well where I work. Everything in the plant is an intermittent disaster waiting to happen.

I worked on the Stang this weekend and got some more stuff done.

    Header from Hell!

Nothing like torquing down the FW and clutch and then realizing that I forgot the saftey plate.

and the BH might, Might fit once I remove the header from hell and beat the shit out of it.

I tried to make the underside look as good as the top using Brake clean, Scoth brite, primer and Rustoleum Machine Grey spray paint.

Thats gonna suck. But I did talk to dude@Kooks who said they re-designed some things including their X-pipe. So hopefully its not too hateful.

After I got what was supposed to be the right x pipe for the version of the headers that I had they stopped responding to emails or phone calls even though the the x pipe was so short the x hit the trans cross member.

    QuickTime bellhousing and a TKO600.

I hope for your sanity they fixed the issues in later revisions but I don't believe there were any issues related to the bellhousing.

I guess I should have installed the BH first, but it looks like its not gonna fit without some "massaging" of the header tube.
