Im all for swapping over to E85!! Hard to beat it.

My original plans was a 8.2 Dart motor with an 80mm and th400. I just don't know if I want to do it to the red car just yet. Thought about swapping the black car over but its so fun to drive.

Ordered my block plate and turbo drain lines and fittings. Going from the clamped on hose to some braided 10an line. Once they show up, I can get the flywheel on and get the turbo mounted before it goes back in. Gotta love the On3 kit. Its a pain in the ass to do when its in.

Still need to order injectors and fuel pump yet.

Waiting on the Marti statistics report to come too.

Car looks good and should run well also. What pump setup are you planning to go with? I think I’m going to redo my cold side on my on3 kit, can’t stand the miter cut on the pipe going to the throttle body.

$1.15! I just paid $2.79 a gallon for e85 and it was actually 67% according to my ethanol sensor

It was 2.39 the last time I saw it which was 2 weeks ago. I always have to drive to get it anyways. Closest place is 25 miles or so from me.

67% sucks!!! I don't think I have ever got un 78% and that was 2 winters ago. Usually its right around 85-88%.

I think Im going with a 340 pump. I don't think Ill take this one over 550 or so anyways. Still be pretty fun for this year I guess. Im not sure why they did that angled cold side pipe... It would be so much nicer with just a bend there. Its a cheap kit and works well for the price but it sure shows. I think next winter, Ill make a huge step up and go with the Stainless Works, CG Fab, or something more along those lines. Even the Valley Speed headers seem to be decent for the money.

Anything over about 50 will get you most of the benefits of E that you'd be looking for in anything but a combo on the absolute edge with it's tune. If you don't mind doing a little extra work you might want to put like a Walbro 450, 485, or 525 (Hellcat) in there. They are all E85 compatible and will give you a ton more ceiling for fueling.

Getting ready to order the axles to swap over to 5 lug. Gonna put the pro stars on the red car and get something different for the black one.

I was thinking of putting a 450 in it. I think that will get me where I want to be for now. Later on down the road, Ill go with 2 pumps and a better fuel system.

It was ordered on the 26th. I haven't got an email or anything from them yet. I know it took me forever to get in touch with them this time so Im sure it probably has a lot to do with people off work or working from home due to this plague. Im still running to the mailbox every day looking for it!

Parts arrived a little bit ago. Now time to go out and try to get a few steps of progress in today.

Have the block plate and flex plate to put on and then start on the turbo kit. Hopefully it will be ready to put back in today.
