Take your time and get it right. Don't let anyone rush you. I look forward to seeing it make solid passes...hopefully before 2035. LOL! Sorry couldn't resist that.

Lol. I hear you Chad. I got some suspension upgrades to do as well. I do need a alot better 8.8 if anyone has one for cheap. Hopefully it won't be much longer.

You'll probably need a very well built 8.8. The power you will probably be making is gonna be a little more than a trac loc and 28 spline axles will take!

I agree Brian. It will be a spool with minimum 35 spline axles with 9in Ends. Rearend will be braced.

Check out Tin Soldiers battle ready 8.8.

I am thinking about having them do one for me. Not a bad price either.

I like the horsepower numbers but man, that torque. 660 is still impressive I guess and real good for pump gas, all motor.

Run the 8.8 and then upgrade to 31's after you tear it up. Too bad you can't just throw a 11+ GT 8/8 under it. They are stock 31 spline.

I already have a 31spline setup in it. Probably going to upgrade to a 35 spline set up.

HEY TODD! Guess who I sat and talked with today? Mrs. Gould! I was telling her how you owning of them and she got a little misty knowing you were keeping the paint scheme original to how her husband and son designed it. It was great talking with her. She was in her 98 Lincoln MK VIII LSC. I didn't know who she was until I saw her vanity plate (GOULD). Just thought you'd like to know that your work on keeping that car on the road and restoring it while keeping the paint scheme original (and not doing an LS swap) made her day. Keep at it!

Just a few pics of the budget heads, just some inexpensive RHS pieces done up a little with a valve job. Little, Itty bitty fellars here.
