    Question Kenne Bell 2.2 ????

I am looking at one with the thought of putting it on my 69. I know a few people here have run KB's on Foxes. What do you think?

    My combo
    Stock 302
    B Cam
    Edelbrock 1.90 heads
    Stock 90 T5, new clutch
Stock 8" rear (Prolly an issue)

I would run it with the Holley Terminator and convert my fuel system to EFI.

Question I have that might seem odd, how loud is the KB when under load? I get that it is not a Cobra pushing 18#s but is it noticeable? Because that is what I am looking for, I want it to be noticeable, love that sound. I have looked high and low on Youtube and can not find a good Foxbody example on them. Do anyone have a video of it?

This is the best I could find:

It'll be loud. It has straight cut gears transferring about 50~75 HP- you will hear it. That video is pretty representative of what you can expect.

As you spin the blower faster with a smaller upper or bigger lower pulley at higher boost levels, the pitch of the gear whine will go up since the gears in the blower will be spinning faster, and it'll get louder as more power is transferred through the gear set at higher boost levels.

A PD setup on a 69 would be really fun.

Well, so far he is really not willing to budge on price. I REALLY should spend the money elsewhere. The Doors and windows need attention, the 8" needs upgraded and it still sports manual 4 wheel drum. I could do all of these for a lot less than what it would take to put the KB on. (KB, Holley Terminator for Ford. Fuel convert to EFI)

Here is the one I was looking at:

The KB would be bad ass but like you say, that money would do wonders elsewhere too.

Id still go with the KB if it was me. Seems a little steep on the price but it comes with a lot too.
