I have the maximum motorsports kit. I think it's one of, if not the best kit out there. There's tons of pedal adjustments options too.

Did you swap the pedal out also? 1.125 bore master cylinder?

MM kit comes with a brake pedal. I run a 15/16 wilwood master.

When I was a dealer, pedal was optional. Must have changed it.

Skinny kid or MM. You don't have to buy the pedal, but it makes it easier and better. You can modify the stock pedal to work. That's what I did on both of mine. It's stopped me from 140+ mph.
I use a 96 V6 mustang mc with reservoir. Works perfectly and the ports work with the MM 3 to 2 mc conversion line kit.

Mine is kind of a hodgepodge mix currently. I originally went with Racecraft's kit, it comes with a Strange master. The problem for me was that the master ended up hitting my turbo header, not Racecrafts fault, so I had to put a shorter master on to clear and I put one from like an Aerostar on there iirc and it now clears. I seen how good the Maximum pedal was with Rick's car so I bought one for mine as well. It's a really nice piece as is pretty much the case with anything I've ever seen come from Maximum. All that being said lol, if I was to do this all over again I would just get the complete setup from Maximum and call it a day.

The master that comes with the Racecraft kit is a 1.125 bore.

They recommended a 93 cobra MC with the 1" bore with their setup. I couldn't be happier honestly.

Brian I have the lyons kit that puts everything behind the dash. Tons of room in the engine bay now. I have nothing bad to say about the kit.
