First time actually talking about the car on camera.... and going over the build. It's a nice detailed look of things I have done. Now ready to make some hits!

who would have ever thought that a blower with the displacement of a buick v6 3.8l would be sitting atop a 302 cid engine? the load (fill) at wide open throttle has to near or beyond 200%.

Based on his times, it is probably 300-350% fill. I would imagine boost is in the 30-35psi range. 30psi would be roughly 300% if i am understanding your thoughts properly.

You're probably right. My guess probably isn't even close. Its amazing. The Fuel injectors must be the size of Pringles cans.

I was looking at my puny 12psi 2300 TVS setup datalog on the 17 last night and at 7500rpm the load was 1.71 or 171%. I was thinking it was in the 120-130% range. So if there is any linearity at all in load to boost number relationship, Terry must be generating loads above 350% as you suggested if he is only running 25psi as Walter shared. Thats just mind numbing and unfathomable in my 'pittley' little world.

Boost is roughly 27-28lbs. The displacement is 327 CI because of the 3.8 stroke, which will change the equation some. And Thank You!

The injectors are 2600ID's and the size of stock injectors if you believe that. The just flow a lot more.

Another thing that changes it up a little is mine so far has been shifted about 8500 and comes through the traps about 8800rpm. Its built for 10K plus they say, but will live longer if I keep it lower.

I do remember you telling me about the WOT shiftpoints a few years back. The whole setup is stellar.

I remember the first time I saw you at Edgewater in Silver Bullet about 15 years ago. Racing has come a long way in that time frame.

    Stay safe man.
