I am so looking forward to blowing some stuff up. There is a dish washer down there for target practice. I think I will set it to explode and see what happens. I had to replace the radiator in my work truck today so I have 4 gallon jugs to fill with water. I may put them in the deep freezer just for effect. There are 3 computer moniters down there as well. This party will be loud. Someone bring a video camera.

I have a bunch of gallon jugs to fill with water. I am thinking about freezing them in my deep freezer to use as targets. If I cut the container away, it would leave a nice chunk of ice to shoot at. Should I do it?

I looked for .308 ammo today and all the gun stores near me are out. They don't see getting any anytime soon either. So I delinked 200 or so rounds I had. If any of you came down to my shop and saw the belt of ammo hanging on my locker, that is what I delinked. It was a 200 round belt for an M-60 machine gun. 4 ball and 1 tracer. I got it at knob creek a few years ago for 30 bucks.
So the loud rifle has ammo.

Good Call Chaz. I went to the farm today. Needed to drop off a few things. The trunk lid is down there, as well as 6 gallon jugs of water. While I was there I cut the grass on the range. You can see the end now.LOL I will probably go down sometime the week before the party and cut it again. I also need to clean up the barn. This one is going to be a blast. Everyone is invited.

Stopped by wally world today and picked up 550 rounds of .22 Federal brand. Good price too. Under 13.00. I may have to go back and get another box. Holly has a .22 pistol so I have to be ready. She may go nuts down there.

Remember, this will be my first time shooting a gun, other than a BB gun.

    Looking forward to the party!

    Holly what caliper??????

If needed I can bring a plinker .22 LR for you to shoot.

Just need basic coverage of safety rules.

IT IS ALWAYS LOADED, TREAT IS AS SUCH!!!!!! Even if you know it is empty, always check the chamber. When not shooting leave the cylinder open, or the slide locked back.

Oh yeah, never walk down range to check targets without making sure everyone has benched their guns.......also when someone is downrange NO handling of firearms!!!!!!

Commonsense..........is not very common at times

Lastly, ear muffs or ear plugs are a must!!!!!!!!!!

I still have hearing damage from Keiths and mine STUPIDITY.
