How high of temperature can the powdercoating hold up to?
Most powders cure in the 375-400 range. They should be fine below that and even a bit hotter for shorter durations. I believe sustained high temps can discolor it. I'm hoping to have a new gun soon so I can use my old one for high temp powders. They will withstand temps in the 1200deg range. How hot does the hot side of a turbo get?
