If you can't make it out here I'll stop down the store one day when the sun is out. I was actually thinking the black lava for you, I think the candy red is way too bright for your car. It really is amazing how much these colors pop in the sun.

Well my good computer is down so I can't load pics but I've done a couple sets of valve covers. One in volvo dk gray met w/ a clear, which looks alot like the ford dk shadow gray and I did a black w/ what is call lapis top coat which looks amazing in the sunlight. Tomorrow I'm doing a pair in silver sparkle w/ a candy red topcoat. I also got a really nice gold that I did some sample panels in. If anyone needs anything done I'm pretty much caught up so now is a good time. Thanks again guys for all the positive feed back.

Well I got my computer back up and running, thanks again AJ, so here are a few pics of some more valve covers.

Volvo dk gray metallic w/ crystal clear over it-they are for sale btw

    Same gray in the sun

This one is actually black w/ a blue lapis topcoat. You have to see it in person to truly appreciate it. In the sun you the blue and green metallic explodes, really cool looking. Here it is indoors.

and here it is in the sun, like I said it hard to get it to show up on camera

Here is sparkle silver, I acutally put candy red over this but I thought I would show what the silver looks like. The silver would also look really good with a clear over it.

Now here it is w/ the candy red over it.

Here are some sample swatches I did in Sun gold. The left one has clear and right one does not.

Here is a pic of my brothers bike I just did all that solar rain bike parts for. Hopefully he will get me some finished pics here soon. Other than the pinstriping and now the powder work he built it and painted it himself.

Actually I think the jollipop copper would look pretty good. I wanna try it over a silver, a chrome and a iron metal glimmer I have. The Oklahoma orange is too orange for your rootbeer car.

Timido... I love your car... always wondered who's it was. I love the capri body with the 4-eye mustang nose
