The number is RS-27 on the camshafts, these are STOCK REPLACEMENTS. They are ground on a solid roller billet steel core. No one really ever used them except FS and R/S guys because we could crank a stock cam to 8k or so. With a blower they work excellent and with the proper valve adjustment, they will rev till the s/c stops making boost. Stock replacement means it has the exact same lift, duration and LSA as a stocker. These are NOT N series camshafts. Hope this will clear the air. The cam is not a big hp camshaft, it's stock.
Very sorry, have not been on here much at all. It has around 10 to 1 with the current 57cc heads, and yes, it would work with an intercooled turbo, especially on E85, or if you use a set of heads with larger than 57cc's to knock the compression down a bit.
Get with me if you want to hear it or see it.
