I just want to drive the stupid thing lol
Just a small update. My dewitts radiator wouldn't work so we have to go with something custom. Went with a dual-core that'll be 6" thick and 60% larger than my dewitts. I also went with a single 3700 cfm fan, 4" intercooler piping, 5" intake pipe and 5" filter.
Where the hell you gonna put that monster? That's thick!!
I was about to ask how the car was coming along.

The intercooler sits much further inside the front bumper. There's a little bit more room. The radiator is a little sorter in length. It should fit offset towards the drivers side.
Ok, that helps out. I know you are short on space and that thing looks huge!

We cut like 6-8" of the bumper and slid the intercooler all the way up to the grill.
A couple more update pictures.
Man that's a monster!!!

That's what she said..... then she stole my energy drink.
I haven't really been updating this. I figured I would give the one or two people following this build some updates. The car is finished. Just waiting on the snow to melt and the salt to wash away before I take it to get tuned.
Looks nasty!! I think there is more than a couple watching the build even though its not a Ford!
Who did all your piping? Turned out nice!

I have to ask. After all the effort and expense you have expended, would you do it again?
Nice job!
Rob at Rogue Race Cars did the fab work. I'm not sure if I can answer that. If my car runs what I want it to. Then yes. But I'm at the point that if I break something major. I'm screwed. I went way to far with it financially. It was nearly a $80,000 car to begin with. There's no transmission that'll hold that much power except a 2 speed powerglide. And that's a $30,000 conversion with it being a trans axle. At the same time. There's probably only 5 other 1500+hp streetable Corvettes in the work. If all else fails I guess I could turn it into a show car lol.
Should've guessed Rob! He does some real good work!

Rob does good work but there is a blue mini tubbed coupe that has been there for 2 yearss for a cage yet there have been countless other jobs completed after it's arrival.
