Id love to make it down but there is no way. Even if I could, I wouldn't have the car ready to come down.

Gonna be some quick passes Id say. Sucks I have to miss it!

Really just depends how many people show up. My plan is to be there when they open and start making passes. If attendance is light, which I doubt, I'll get a bunch of passes in. Hopefully they do a good job prepping the track.
Sorry you can't make it out. Work takes priority as it pays for all your fun. I didn't get to do anything yesterday, left at 830 and got home at 9 pm.

Good luck! Hopefully they prep some! Im done with the left lane. That's the one Im always in and I never have luck in it. Time to switch it up next time!

My manager is off for 2 weeks and with a new United Airlines contract and the first plane in, Im busy as shit. Even if I leave early, Im on the phone or emails all day and night. But it pays the bills and keeps the car parts coming in!

I suck at driving... That is all. Faster next time out. Passes made in the poop coupe.

Terry, Shannon, Dave, Mike and Jon onsite at Edgewater tonight.

Nice passes guys. Y'all are rolling out for sure!

I wish I could continue dialing in my car, but it looks like I'm down for the season.
Transmission case is cracked. Time to move on to better parts.

    Keep digging!

So Friday I ran into some problems and decided to bring the grench out. I made quite a few passes and the car was a 12.0x every pass. Finally made a pass I thought was an 11, but it was a 12.002@114.95. Crap!
So I tried something out of desperation and it didn't work at all, so I got back into the lanes. There was only about a 10 min wait and I was back at the lights. Car launched HARD, and it felt good, but didn't look at the ticket. I got back to the lanes and Shannon and Terry were givin me thumbs up and congrats, and I said what? Shannon said you went an 11.9! I started hollerin and smackin the wheel! Finally!

    1/4. 11.9038 @ 115.89

So we were talking about it for a minute and the lane guy came over and said your up, get ready. Car hadn't cooled 5 minutes, so went up and raced my buddy Luke who came from Indy to hang out and race, and the car rose to the challenge, pulling the wheels and twisting hard out of the hole for some reason and I was rewarded with my personal best!

I guess I wasted my time cooling it down all these years. Anyway, Shannon, Terry(nice meeting you!), Walter and others were there.

    11's FTW!

Im debating on running the slicks and skinnies again. Saturday, I put over 120 miles on the street tires, on the back roads of KY! It was a BLAST driving through the turns, in 4th, up to 7400 rpm! Although, the Drag brakes are probably warped now. LOL!
