I may try to get it fired up this weekend. Gonna be a busy one with a couple car show's I want to go to so it may push out a little further.

Maysville 606 Cars and Cola is Saturday 2-5 at the Maysville Brewing Company. Usually a real good show with some cool cars.

    Picked up some more parts...

UPR Pro Series upper and lower control arms
    UPR bump steer kit
    Team Z drag springs
    4.10 gear
    Spherical bearings

Need to get the rear end tore apart and welded up. Then to get it all reassembled and put in. Id love to drive this one before the snow flies but I still have a long way to go.

Keep at it. I focus on one project at a time and they seem to get done. Except for the Belvedere, I buy parts for that as I find them because they are so few and far between.

    Pictures of parts...
Bump steer kit, UPR uppers and lowers, Team Z drag springs, Moser girdle, and spherical bushings. 8.8 from the 95 GT that I parted out. Going to get it apart, tubes welded, and braced, then reassembled. Staying with the stock width and the disc brakes. Moser 31 spline axles and a trac-lock is on the way.

Rear end is apart and I dropped it off to Rob at Rogue Race Cars today to get it welded up and braced. Staying with the stock length, 31 spline Moser axles, trac loc, Moser cover, and a 4.10 gear. My buddy Ricky (Evolved) hooked my up with an aluminum driveshaft. I have the 31 spline slip yoke coming this week along with the North Race Car rear caliper brackets. I should have close to everything to get this one rolling and fired up soon.

I am switching over to manual brakes too. I bought the Maximum Motorsports manual brake kit. Now to figure out which master cylinder to run. Whats everyone using???

I use a 96 V6 mustang master cylinder for 4 wdb conversions. The MM kit moves the pivot point upwards to give you more leverage to push the pedal. It also moves the mc upward so the pushrod stays straight. I used to use the skinny kid race cars kit but I believe the MM to be a better unit.

Is the 96 V6 master cylinder different from the 94/95?

I bought the MM manual brake kit due to everyone suggesting it. Must be a good kit!

Yes it is. The 96 V6 actually has a little bit larger piston in it than the GT ones, and the fittings work better. MM conversion from 3 hole to 2 hole master cylinder screws right into the 96 V6. I think that's where I got the idea was from them about 20 years ago.

Got my slip yoke today and put it on the driveshaft. One step closer! Drug in a 94 V6 car that had brand new powerslot rotors on it and new calipers. Front and rear. So they will get used!

Also got my North Race Car caliper brackets. Once the rear end is back, I can get it on the ground! So close!!!!

I think I have all the parts I need except for the radiator, line/fittings, and some fuel line and fittings.
