    Anyone racing?

I finally got the motivation and made the time to get mine back together. Did it all in 2 weeks. Big thanks to Neil, Bill and Will. Neil and I busted butt on it. I was rewarded with a best so far of 8.74@162! Found out why no one uses first gear on a 6R80 and why dome control is superior to the way I was doing it. That was on around 15 to 16 psi. Ready to see everyone at the track! I'll come to you!

I wish! I am still working on making some major changes on the car. It'll be out sometime soon tho. Probably go down to Kentucky draqway to one of their rentals, or Edgewater, or Thornhill. I may use KK, but have to keep it to 1/8 mile there due to the short shutdown. I hate packing the chute, it sucks, so I only go as fast as I can stop with my brakes. Leave the chute for emergencies.

Nice run Mike. 162 is insane.WOW!

I picked up a 2025 Ranger a few weeks ago. 2.3L Turbo 270 FWHP factory. 10R80 setup. And YES it's RUBY RED Craig! May turn it up in a few after the warranty is done, but doubtful. I am putting a gun to my head just to finish the drive ability on a recent re-tune that has made the blue 14GTCS fun to drive again, but also need to find the source of a popping and/or thump sound under the rear toward the passenger side (likely a poly bushing on a control arm at a guess). Want to take it to Somerset this Saturday in hopes I may have to ride a bus home if someone buys it from me. It is the last cruise in of the year down there (10/25/25). Either way I am about to go car payment free all the way around. So as my grandpa would have said, "If someone doesn't want to give me asking price, it's not costing me anything sitting there and I don't have to feed it". Paid cash for the Ranger and the Mustang has only 6 payments left I am going to pay off next month.

Glad to hear your daughter is doing well in school. Hey to Donna!

Thanks! I will pass that along. I'd hate to see you lose the mustang, especially after it's paid off. Ranger sounds fun, that's the new gen Ranger, right? I just posted a video of me making a pass on the dyno, as in launching on the transbrake and letting it run through 2cd, third and fourth. So 0 to 160. Let me post the link here.
