Done for the night. Torque the intake to the heads and put the fuel rail back on. Not too much more.

Packaged and shipped! No turning back now. I’m really look forward to the extra power. Hope to actually take the car on a cruise. I’ve only driven the car to work this year.

Put some miles on it. It's just a car!!!
You staying with 93 pump gas?
That's the only downfall to mine... I don't have E85 locally and I have to carry cans to get it all the time.

Mine starts rough when its cold but clears up fairly quick. It just sucks that I don't have anywhere within 20 miles to get it. I may go back to 93 next year just so I can drive it more often.

I wish they would but its highly unlikely that they will anytime soon.
For now Ill continue to carry my 5 gallon cans and fill up as much as I can. I could probably pick up a 55 gallon drum and fill it once or twice a year and be fine. I maybe put 500 miles on it this year.

I replaced a leaking facet at my house over the weekend and lost my goal to have this done to my inability to be flexible. Still suffering from sore back. I guess I’m getting older. I did some work on the car tonight. New spark plugs gapped to .030, installed a new belt and installed the plenum and Tb. By the way how did you guys do your egr delete? Did you reuse your stock vacuum hoses or replaced them?
Joe
Kept mine- made my buddy thread it onto the new blower. Took him about ten minutes to get it, but since he's a machinist I knew he'd never cross thread it. I kept all my stock vac lines.

There are a few good write ups on it on SVT Performance. Mine is long gone. Looks so much cleaner I think.

There’s not too much to it. I just would need to get a reducers and couple size hoses. I’m going to measure the diameter of everything. I don’t know if I want to take vacuum assembly apart yet. Did you guys have to zip tie or clamp any of your hoses?
Joe
We pulled the whole vacuum tree/harness out when I installed mine, mainly just tot look at how it was all plumbed. It's pretty simple. I did zip tie any connections I could.

Pretty Big filter on the JLT Big Air
Not the easiest to get on the tube buts it’s on.
Joe
Just wait till you get it tuned and feel the difference! Whole different car!

I’m almost done. I need to pick up a 9/32 to 7/32 vac reducer and that should be the last piece I need. Can’t wait till it’s done though I’ll need to find another thing to do. It’s fun working on this car. Nice to have ton of choices on parts that will bolt on.
