UPDATE #1 :Here is what we are going to do. We will be taking over the OVAL this year too, NOT for you racers who are in the WWVI starting grid, but as something for all of us to see. If you know drifters, you can have them come down and drift in the bull-ring/infield/etc.... Edgar of DriftIndy will be handling this portion, so he will have more info there. I think this will draw in a larger crowd (More money for the kids), so we are going to do this too, going to be awesome!! You get the Grandstands, can see the autox/rallyx etc from there if you want. So we are adding a "Winged Warrior Drift" competition for drifters. (AGAIN, the ones who are on the Starting Grid for WWIV, are NOT going to have this added as a NEW event for you, so don't worry!!) LOL

The O'Reilly Raceway Park is the track that the Craftsman Truck, and the Nascar Busch series runs in now. Here are some picks of the oval:

UPDATE #2: RALLY-X For a trophy!! NEW EVENT/Challenge!! This is not 100% sure yet, but I am sticking my head out, and saying it WILL HAPPEN!!

For those who are on the starting grid for WWIV, regardless of on TEAM USA, or TEAM IMPORT, you have yet again, another event to trophy in!! If you remember, you are grouped off into teams, and Some of you are at the autox, and some of you are doing the drags, and the final group is in the "Racers carshow" area, whereas you park your car to be judged, and in a sence, you have this time alloted to you, to walk around and check out everything else that is going on. Not this year! We will be setting up a RALLY-X track (See map) and everyone in your class, will run 5-6 laps in the dirt/grass. So you will get a 1/2/3rd place trophy overall in the classes. like overall Class TOP GUN, A/B/C/D etc.... So you run NOT YOUR CAR, but 2 equally prepared Subaru RS's, caged and gutted. Now, another thing I did for you, is get those trams, which will be waiting for you at the "Racers carshow" area, and you all jump on the trams, and get transported to the rallyx track!! That will save you alot of walking time, and you need to be rested for racing anyway. It is a tractor pulling 2 30 people trams.....we could call this a Hillbilly Limo?? lol So again, when your car is being judged in the "Racers carshow" portion, you go muddin!!{thumbup}{thumbup} And this is also being used to bring back the MEDIA SHOOTOUT AGAIN!!!!

    #1: GENERAL CARSHOW AREA
    #2: DRIFTING TRACK
    #3: AUTOX TRACK
    #4: DRAGSTRIP
    #5: NEW!! RALLY-X TRACK!!

Remember, Uncle "Cleatus" Will be taking you "Racers" via tram, from the "Racers Carshow" DIRECTLY to the Rallyx track, and back, so look at the walking mileage you are going to save. lol

Ok, here is an idea for you to help with. I want to get back into an Evo, and I have a way to do it now. Todd James, my dear friend, has offered up his Black Evo VIII, to use as a "Business card" to promote both Winged Warrior, and his Rallyx expierence. http://rpmchallengeusa.com/ I will race the car down and around Indy, and Todd and Steve will do the racing up by Ft. Wayne.

The car will be used for Races in Indiana, and around the midwest, so we want it to POP!! We want to get it "Skinned", and ready to race come WWVI, And the WINNING DESIGN WILL PILOT IT IN WWVI!! (We would like the kids at Riley Hospital for Children to pick the wining design)

RPM LOGO: Can re-design it if you want..

Here are some of the rules, or what we would like to see. (No rules amongst family! LOL)

    1. Since this will be a CROSS-PROMOTIONAL Car, we ask for you to incorporate both the WW LOGO, AND the RPM Logo. You can put them anywhere on the car (See sample).

    2. Rim color is what you think looks best.

    3. You can redesign the RPM logo if you can make it flow, or look unique, just play with that one.

    4. Since it is an equal promo vehicle, make sure both WW, and RPM share the footage on the car, and that one logo is not lost with the other being too big if possible.

    5. I would like to have the kids sign the car before WWVI also, so it will add to it's appearance.

    6. I'm not a computer guy, but I have been told, this design stuff can be done with Forza 3?

The winning design will get to race this car in WWVI!!! So you get to race your design. So, if YOU, or someone you know, can help with the car, please give it a try.

    7. You can post the designs here for us to look at also. There needs to be space for sponsor decals as well.

    8. The evo is black. Keep that in mind when designing the skins. If you have a company you want us to put on the car, it will be added to the car free of charge also. (Winning entrant and maybe runner up design)

Here is a few ideas. Get CRAZY as you want!!! It's got to be seen before it's heard!! Thanks so much for helping..

Sample, of incorporating the WW "Wings" to "Carry" the car...

Thanks guys!! You can come out and race with us if you want too. The cars are classed with "like cars", so you can compete in cars of your caliber, and alot of the ones racing with us have NEVER raced before, so it will be alot of fun. Just go to wingedwarrior.net and check out the forums if you would like more info on how we do it..

For those who don't know me, I think I owe you an explanation on my screen name. I mean NO DISRESPECT with it. I have always been a Mustang owner, but needed a car that would fit my family of 5. I picked the Evo, and sold my Cobra to get it. My good friend (Orange Mach one being pulled over by my "Cop evo") told me I was an idiot for getting an import, as he put it "2 Liter's are for holding Pepsi products". LOL. So he razzed me from the day I got the car, and still today. I put the sticker on the back of my car that reads: "Todays Special: Smoked Mustang" to razz him back. I told him if he beat me in a race, I would take that off. He beat me first race, but the name became my screen name before said race. Just want to let you know that I meant no disrespect by the screen name, and it's just in good fun directed toward my friend.

Here is a version for you guys/gals to down load, and pass around for us. Front and back side here, but as long as you get one side out, that's cool for us!! Thanks so much!!

Went with the Drift fellas today, to watch them design the drift course at ORP!! RAIN and COLD, but this track is going to be absolutely AWESOME to watch!!!! Fast as hell, and TONS OF TIRE SMOKIN ACTION!!! Here are some pix, and a basic outlay of the drift course!! CAN'T WAIT!!:bow:

If you sit on the grassy hill, you can watch the Drifting AND the autox/slalom at the same time!!
