I’m curious, what’s the reason for the spacers?

The clutch cable was in a bind and for a little extra hood clearance.
Nice build Craig. I have a hood in the garage similar to the one on your wall just opposite colors .

So you ended up with Mike Trauth's nova
Car is off to the guys at Tin Soldiers for a "street-friendly" 8 point, CM roll bar and some other little odds & ends. Im thinking after I put some Ruby Red stripes on Shaynes Mustang, that he will want a re-run. So I better be legal per NHRA when the ass kicking happens again. :D

Lookin good!!! Should be some nice cars out come spring time!
Funny stuff right there Craig... Lol
Jason, Brad and the guys at Tin Soldier fabricating a nice 1-5/8 CM Roll bar for the Coupe. Hopefully Ill have it back soon, so I can finish it up. :)

That's a start to the 25.3 chassis build... Lol
Nice! They do some very nice work!
I cant wait to see this in person as I will finally be home this weekend.
The 3" SS exhaust turned out pretty good.

Maybe one day Ill be able to actually hear it. :o

The guys over at Tin Soldier also welded me a few tabs under the car for mounting the brake fittings. Ill have to get some touch up paint on them.

Very nice!!!
Stopped by TSR last week and checked her out while I was there. Pictures don't do the car justice. Super clean, well executed, and awesome build. Can't wait to see it run.
Very nice car! I like seeing all the progress

Lookin awesome Craig. Envy your talent, skill, and your garage.
Dayuuum
Lookin Good!!
Thanks!
Thanks! Did you check out all the other cool stuff they are working on? The car from Australia is turning out to be pretty cool. Heck, the owner wanted to move the guys down under and start a chassis shop!
Thanks!
Thanks! The garage (and house) can be yours in a couple weeks, once we get some things finished up. :o
LoL! Take your time and get healed up so you can finish yours! I wont be able to get back up north too often, but when I do, I would like to line em up and bust em off! :D
Thanks!
Ill be coming home this coming weekend to help the wife get our house ready to sell. Im down here in Bardstown, KY working at BTR and we finally found a house here to buy. Im not sure when Ill get time to work on the Stang again, but you know Ill be posting pics when I do.
Thank you for tuning in to check out my build. I hope to see you guys at the track, during a T&T or UMTR race. :)
Congrats on the job and the move. Car is looking good.
Not a whole lot going on with the car, but its back from TSR.

Hopefully Ill have it in my garage in a couple of weeks so that I can start wiring it.
Thanks for tuning in...
Nice battery box! They sell those to the public?
looks good Craig. I'm guessing you will be running it at Clay City since you are much closer to them now?
Yes they do! They can also custom build one per your battery size.
Not sure. Its about the same distance to BG from my house here in B-Town.
Sucks that E2Os owner is a complete slimeball as I would like to run there with you guys and the UMTR. But until its sold to someone else, I will not be running there.
You're much safer at either of those two higher quality tracks though. I'm hoping some rich guy will buy Tri-state and open it up. I heard the deal she had with Watson gravel fell through. Watson backed out. That takes a lot of wind out of the asking price if it's true. Sure had some good times with you and the other Old Timer's over there.
Kinda of bitter sweet as I moved everything out of my garage on Monday. My new garage, is already over run with stuff and completely un-organized. It will take a few days, so the Mustang will stay in the trailer till I have some room for it.
Last pic in the ole garage...

Loaded up and headed south.

But with all the crap I have to move and organize, it will probably be more like a couple weeks.
I hate moving and dread the day I do it again!
just put all that stuff in the trailer and finish that beast already!
The trailer is full, along with the new garage...

I wouldn't move unless a lot bigger shop / garage was part of it.
A new beginning, Congrats.
Finally un-loaded the Mustang and gave it a much needed bath.
