common sense to start with, if you don't post or tend events your not an active member, seems simple enough

if your someone who spends a good amount of time on the boards, i think that would qualify, if you spend no time on the board, but come out to events and such, that would qualify

when you do neither, it doesn't qualify, thats why everyone else isn't shutting the F up.

as far as reading a thread thats offensive, has nothing to do with this conversation, it has to do with, is the guy here just to post a # for the dozen or not
