It's your party you make it convienient for you and give as much notice as possible, that's all you can do. The turn out will prob. be the same either way and you don't have to worry about all the planning. Just my .02

Well I have some great news about the farm party. I just hope it works out. One of my good customers has a whole shit load of full auto firearms. I mean a whole shit load. Browning 1919, m16,mp-5,thompson,ak-47,reising,mac-10,uzi, most everything a good wealthy gun owner should have. Well, I told him the date and being so far in advance, he said he would love to come down with a "few" of his toys. I was thrilled with the news. I have to e-mail him the directions and times but it looks like he wants to put on a hands on show for me. It is soooo cool that he would do this. We are looking at being able to see and maybe shoot 100,000.00 worth of guns. If you value each one at 10,000 each, easily over a hundred grand worth.

Keith, the 22nd works for me. Never saw a riesing other than in the books and in movies. Should be sweet. Would you like to shoot a .480 Ruger Super Red Hawk? Nice piece, but a little expensive to plink with.

Hung-out with Kev last night and he said you attend the same Sunday School as him. See 'Ya in Church.

.480 Sounds like fun. How much per round for those? 1.00 or more? I'll take 5 if it hurts, 20 if I like it.
    LOL

I have the hood from Holly's car that I will bring down. Nothing like hearing what you shoot at. Have to figure out how to stand it up. Duct tape holds targets pretty well.

That is Angie (1sweetride) and Bob (bobstgt)'s wedding day. Sorry but maybe we can make the next party. I know several of us will be attending the wedding. Hope you all have fun and don't shoot each other. JK.

Well, Nothing more to report on the farm party. Some people have said that they will kick in some money for ammo. Well, you can't put money in the guns so here is a list of ammo you could bring down. .223 for my Bushmaster AR-15. 9mm for my Tharus pistol. .45 for my other tharus pistol. 7.62x39 for my AK-47. .308 or 7.62x51 surplus for my FAL L1A1. .22 for my browning pistol, ruger 10/22 rifle, or my marlin rifle. 12 guage for my Mossberg pump.
If you are bringing your own firearms, bring ammo. More than you think you will need. It can get pretty wild at the farm!! LOL

I am so looking forward to a farm party. I haven't thrown one of these in years. I plan on expending more than a few rounds and drinking more than a few beers. I will have the signs posted as far as how to get there. You all should have no problem finding the place. This is going to be soooo cool. I am on pins and extractors just thinking about it. Should be something for the boards to talk about for a few days at least.

My grandfather won a few awards for trap at Vandaila. I have about 1.5 boxes of clays that I will be bringing. Either for 50-100 yards targets or for "birds"......

I just hope I don't get pulled over and cop wants to look in the trunk

I know I'm down for a crazy farm party. I'm still recovering from Mark's house Saturday, but I should be good by then. The countdown is on....

I hope alot of you show for this. It could be a wild night or a small get together. Either way it will be a blast. Ever go drunk 4x4in at like 3:00 am? Did that on new years with my bro. I almost stuck the race truck. Hung it up front and rear. Damn foundations for my bro's house.
Ammo is getting a little pricy. AK-47 ammo is like .25 per round and .308 is almost .50 a round. I don't have a .50 BMG yet but I found ammo for it for 6.00 per round. OMG. I need to hit the lottery or something.

Back when I was making GOOD money, I "invested" in ammo, had 20,000 rounds at one point
