I wired it up just like the Ford schematic, but the alternator was caked with Georgia red mud, then it sat for 2 years. Once the photo shoot is over at C-bus, I'm gonna get into that problem. How did you wire yours?

I havent yet, been trying to find out how to. I had to pick one up because my engine didnt come with it. I got one at the swap last Nov. Was told it came off an 04 Roush but dont know for sure. Mine has the charge post and one plug with 3 pins

According to the ford schematic for 2001 the 4 valve is wired like this:

Large gauge black and orange wire from battery goes to large lug.

Small yellow/white tracer wire goes to constant 12V source through a 20 amp fuse.

Light green/red tracer wire goes back to charge lamp in the dash.

White/black tracer wire is terminated in the harness.

The 2 valve is identical with a different connector with no white/black tracer wire.

I was doing some rewiring the other day and found that w/b wire that just kinda ended in the wire loom.Bare end and all.I thought i might have cut it years ago.But couldnt find anywhere where it would have gone so I just taped it up and went on.

Can you give me a pinout, I have no harness so I dont know what pins go to what wires. Thanks for the input.

Here's a pic of the connector. Your best bet would be to go to the junkyard and get the connector with about 6 inches of wire and splice it in.

Thanks Doug for the tiedowns, I got the car aligned and the hood back from paint. This is as good as it gets, so its going on the trailer and off to C-bus in the am

Here's a teaser pic (that I took) He was at a better angle to hide the stupid exhaust that don't fit. I'll have to have the prochamber cut up and modified to fit better. He took 50 or so pic's over 3 hours. The ones with the sun out are amazing!!
