So i am doing a brake job on my stang sat i discover i have a busted brake hose on passenger side. so i start calling around trying to find the hose. call o'reilly in amelia lady answers

me: i need a brake hose for pass side of a 87 mustang.
her: is that a 4 or 8 cylinder.
me: it has the 302 in it.
her: ok

and then comes this

her: does that have the SOHC or the DOHC.
me: CLICK!

How the hell do these people get jobs at part stores? WTF!!

I would have to agree although it's mostly the programers fault on the questions it asks. At auto i always get a kick out the bumd things that get put into quotes there. It's almost these idiots that design the programs have never worked on a car before.

I had an issue with my car eating belts, and I knew the pn that I wanted every time I went in to any of the parts stores in Amelia, and I'd say I need this belt and of course they'd always ask the same questions, year make and model, v8 blah blah blah, and I'd be like "do you have a listing for no smog, no a/c etc...... and they'd be like what was the part number again........

cpt<<<<<< if right my bad,,,they said you have already put this part on the car right he said no stupid,,and said hey look it is still in the box rapped up and sealed in plastic and they would not give his money back,,so he went over there heads and got his money back and too people fired,,sorry about your luck you dumb fuckin ass holes that dont know shit about cars,,get a real job at goodwill ass holes..
