I wish my dad was still around when the old redblock engine pushed the brick into the 12s. He was an old Mopar, Mg and 70-80s Volvo mechanic. He ran a 13 second 318 Plymouth back in the 60s and Volvo motors were just reliable and slow transportation to him. He was utterly surprised it went 14.0 before he passed. I’ll start pulling the motor out this upcoming week.
That little motor was sure impressive! Im sure he would be just as shocked as the rest of us are with how it ran. 12's will be a breeze next year on motor alone.
