I got into Hot Rod Drag Week!

Not sure how, as my fat fingers were in full force, but I got my confirmation email and paid the ransom. I am stoked!

It is Sept 13 to the 19. Starts and ends at Joliet Rt 66, then there is Cordova dragway, and I'll have to check which other ones there are but it's all in Illinois.

Wow, sorry, I need to get on here more. I have been absolutely covered up working on the car and I have a new boss who is a ball buster and has no clue what we do.
Car is mostly back together. Wiring has been all redone, organized, labeled and documented. Chassis is updated and ready to get inspection done and certified to 25.5e, or 7.50 et. Had to order new rear calipers for the Aerospace brakes due to one sticking. Daughter is starting Junior year in college and has been working at Bob Evans for a few years now part time. Wife is doing well, we have a second dog now, Gus, so she stays busy with them. House is still above ground. I need to finish my shop interior and then start on the house. Shop is unreal busy. Can barely keep up, but my car has taken a priority as I have always kept it on a back burner and it showed. It should come out stronger and more reliable now. My goal is 7.50s which is why I had to strip it down to a shell and redo the chassis so it would cert. Call me anytime.
